Boston Sour

A whiskey sour variant with egg white for a silky foam, garnished with bitters.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz. bourbon
  • 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
  • 1 whole egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

  1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. 4Add a few drops of bitters on the foam.
