Pisco Sour
A Pisco Sour is the national drink of Peru and Chile. It is made with pisco, fresh lime or lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and Angostura bitters.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. pisco
- 1 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 3Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 5Add a few drops of bitters on the foam as garnish.
