Bellini
A Bellini is a cocktail made with Prosecco and peach purée or peach nectar. It originated in Venice, Italy.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. peach purée
- 4 fl oz. Prosecco
Directions
- 1Pour peach purée into a champagne flute.
- 2Gently pour Prosecco on top.
- 3Stir gently to combine.
