A layered pub classic of pale ale poured slowly over a dark Guinness stout for a dramatic half-and-half effect.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Pour pale ale into a pint glass.
  2. 2Place a spoon curved-side-up over the glass.
  3. 3Slowly pour Guinness over the back of the spoon so it floats on top.
  4. 4Serve immediately without stirring.
