Black and Tan
A layered pub classic of pale ale poured slowly over a dark Guinness stout for a dramatic half-and-half effect.

Ingredients
- 8 fl oz. pale ale
- 8 fl oz. Guinness stout
Directions
- 1Pour pale ale into a pint glass.
- 2Place a spoon curved-side-up over the glass.
- 3Slowly pour Guinness over the back of the spoon so it floats on top.
- 4Serve immediately without stirring.
