Blue Blazer

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. Scotch whisky
• 2 fl oz. boiling water
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 strip lemon peel

Directions

1. 1Heat a metal mug and add the Scotch.
2. 2Ignite the whisky carefully and pour streaming between two mugs to aerate.
3. 3Add boiling water and honey and stir to combine.
4. 4Pour into a heatproof glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
