Caipirosca

A vodka version of the Brazilian Caipirinha, made with vodka, fresh lime, and sugar.

  1. 1Cut the lime into wedges and muddle with sugar in a rocks glass.
  2. 2Fill with crushed ice and pour in vodka.
  3. 3Stir well and serve with a straw.
