Half and Half
A pub classic blending creamy Guinness stout and smooth Harp lager in perfect equal measure.

Ingredients
- 8 fl oz. Harp lager
- 8 fl oz. Guinness stout
Directions
- 1Pour Harp lager into a pint glass.
- 2Place a spoon curved-side-up over the glass.
- 3Slowly pour Guinness over the back of the spoon to float on top.
- 4Serve immediately.
