Embuscade

Ingredients

• 10 cl cold lager
• 6 cl white wine, preferably dry
• 4 cl Calvados apple brandy
• 2 cl blackcurrant syrup
• 2 cl lemon juice

Directions

1. 1Pour the blackcurrant syrup and the lemon juice in a glass
2. 2Stir well with a spoon
3. 3Add the white wine and the Calvados brandy
4. 4Stir again
5. 5Add the cold beer slowly
