Golden Slipper

Ingredients

• 1/2 wine glass yellow chartreuse wine
• 1 yolk egg
• 1/2 wine glass Danziger Goldwasser
• 1 oz lemon juice

Directions

1. 1Make sure all ingredients are chilled
2. 2Pour the Danziger Goldwasser first
3. 3Pour the chartreuse yellow second
4. 4Separate the chilled egg yolk from the white, then without breaking it drop gently into the wine glass
5. 5Add the lemon juice
