Honey Bee Mine

Honey and vanilla laced with white rum and charged with champagne. Perfect for Valentine's Day. Created February 2014 by Simon Difford at the Cabinet Room, London, England.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Stir honey with rum in base of shaker to dissolve honey
  2. 2Add vanilla essence
  3. 3Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
  4. 4Top with champagne
  5. 5Garnish with lemon zest twist (discarded) and honeycomb on rim
