Martini Royale

Ingredients

• 75 ml of Martini
• 75 ml of Prosecco
• 1 wedge of lime
• Mint to garnish

Directions

1. 1Fill the glass with ice cubes.
2. 2Pour the Martini, then add the Prosecco.
3. 3Use a spoon to turn the ice softly from bottom to top (2x only to preserve the bubbles).
4. 4Squeeze the lime in the glass and drop the wedge in the glass.
5. 5Take some mint and put it in one corner of the glass.
