Mezcal Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. mezcal
• 1 tsp. agave nectar
• 2 dashes mole bitters

Directions

1. 1Combine mezcal, agave nectar, and mole bitters in a rocks glass.
2. 2Add a large ice cube and stir until well chilled.
3. 3Express an orange peel over the glass.
4. 4Drop in the peel and serve.
