Mint Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

• 25 g dark chocolate
• 5 small scoops mint chocolate ice cream
• 175 ml milk
• 5 g mint leaves
• 5 g dark chocolate shavings

Directions

1. 1Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
2. 2Dip the rim of a large sundae glass in the chocolate, then drizzle the rest around the inside of the rim, letting it trickle down inside the glass.
3. 3Chill in the fridge to set.
4. 4Blend the mint chocolate ice cream with the milk.
5. 5Pour into the glass and top with a few mint leaves and a sprinkling of dark chocolate shavings.
