Non Alcoholic Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 fl oz. non-alcoholic gin (e.g. Seedlip Spice 94)
• 1 fl oz. non-alcoholic bitter aperitif (e.g. Lyre's Aperitif Rosso)
• 1 fl oz. non-alcoholic sweet vermouth (e.g. Lyre's Sweet Vermouth)

Directions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink.
