Oaxacan Old Fashioned
A creative twist created by Phil Ward, combining mezcal and tequila with agave syrup and mole bitters.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. reposado tequila
- 0.5 fl oz. mezcal
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 2 dashes mole bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
