Peach Bellini
A classic Italian cocktail originally from Harry's Bar in Venice, made with fresh peach puree and prosecco.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. peach puree
- 4 fl oz. prosecco
Directions
- 1Pour peach puree into a champagne flute.
- 2Slowly add chilled prosecco.
- 3Stir gently and serve.
