Resentin
Resentin is the name in Venetian dialect of a action to do after drink an espresso coffee, you need only an espresso and a little bit of grappa.

- 1Drink and enjoy your cup of espresso coffee.
- 2Clean it by putting some grappa in your cup and shake it (to clean the remaining coffee and sugar) then drink.
- 3If your cup is not clean you can repeat the process until the cup is perfectly clean.
