Sherry and Tonic
A trendy Spanish aperitif combining dry fino sherry and quality tonic water over ice — crisp and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz. fino sherry
- 3 fl oz. tonic water
Directions
- 1Fill a copa or highball glass with ice.
- 2Add fino sherry.
- 3Top with tonic water and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist and rosemary sprig.
