Sombrero
A simple, indulgent after-dinner drink combining Kahlúa coffee liqueur with fresh cream for a sweet, layered sipper.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. Kahlúa
- 2 fl oz. heavy cream or half-and-half
Directions
- 1Pour Kahlúa into a rocks glass over ice.
- 2Float cream on top by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon.
- 3Serve without stirring to enjoy the layered effect.
- 4Optionally sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
