Ti' Punch
The national drink of Martinique — rhum agricole, cane syrup, and a disc of lime, served neat.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. rhum agricole blanc
- 1 tsp. cane syrup
- 1 disc lime (squeeze and drop in)
Directions
- 1Add cane syrup to a small rocks glass.
- 2Cut a disc of lime and squeeze it over the glass, dropping it in.
- 3Pour rhum agricole over the top.
- 4Stir gently — traditionally no ice, or a single rock.
