Tokyo Mule
A Japanese twist on the Moscow Mule using sake and yuzu juice alongside ginger beer for a refined, delicate drink.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. sake
- 0.5 fl oz. yuzu juice
- 0.5 fl oz. vodka
- 4 fl oz. ginger beer
Directions
- 1Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
- 2Add sake, yuzu juice, and vodka.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel and candied ginger.
