Averna Amaro

A variation on the classic Manhattan substituting Averna amaro for sweet vermouth, creating a richer, more herbal drink.

A cocktail creation of Meaghan Dorman, bar director of Dear Irving and The Raines Law Room, New York. The Across the Pacific is another bitter tiki creation. The Averna Amaro brings dried fruit and raisin notes to the tropical, split-rum base cocktail.
