Adonis
A classic pre-Prohibition sherry-based cocktail with sweet vermouth and orange bitters. Elegant and low-ABV.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. dry sherry
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- 4Garnish with an orange twist.
