A bone-dry two-ingredient cocktail pairing gin with yellow Chartreuse for an intensely herbal, aromatic experience.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. yellow Chartreuse
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine gin, Chartreuse, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
