Chuhai

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Shochu
• 1/4 cup Yuzu Juice or any fruit juice of choice
• 3/4 cup Club Soda
• 1 Tbsp of simple syrup (optional)

Directions

1. 1Add Shochu, Yuzu juice, Simple Syrup and ice to your cup.
2. 2Stir the ingredients together.
3. 3Top your glass with the club soda.
