A Barbadian classic floating rich Falernum on top of dark rum — simple, warming, and deeply flavored.

  1. 1Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. 2Add rum, bitters, and a squeeze of lime.
  3. 3Float Falernum gently over the top.
  4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
