Dark and Stormy

A Dark n Stormy is a highball cocktail made with dark rum and ginger beer, served on the rocks.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz. dark rum
  • 4 fl oz. ginger beer
  • 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. 2Pour rum over ice.
  3. 3Top with ginger beer and lime juice.
  4. 4Garnish with lime wedge.
