The original recipe using Gosling's Black Seal rum and Barritt's ginger beer with fresh lime.

Directions

  1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. 2Add lime juice and ginger beer.
  3. 3Float the rum on top over the back of a spoon.
  4. 4Garnish with a lime wedge.
