Dark and Stormy (Original)
The original recipe using Gosling's Black Seal rum and Barritt's ginger beer with fresh lime.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Gosling's Black Seal rum
- 4 fl oz. Barritt's ginger beer
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
Directions
- 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2Add lime juice and ginger beer.
- 3Float the rum on top over the back of a spoon.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge.
