Dirty Martini
A savory twist on the classic Martini, adding olive brine for a salty, briny depth that pairs perfectly with gin or vodka.
Ingredients
- 2.5 fl oz. gin or vodka
- 0.5 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 0.5 fl oz. olive brine
- 2 whole green olives
Directions
- 1Combine gin or vodka, vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- 4Garnish with skewered green olives.
