Dubonnet Cocktail
A simple, elegant aperitif cocktail beloved by British royalty — Dubonnet and gin with a lemon twist.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. Dubonnet rouge
- 0.75 fl oz. gin
Directions
- 1Combine Dubonnet and gin in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
