Elderflower French 75

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 oz champagne or prosecco

Directions

1. 1Add ice, gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to mixing glass and shake until combined and chilled.
2. 2Strain mix into base of champagne flute or martini glass and top with champagne.
3. 3Garnish with a lemon twist.
