Ingredients

• 1 fl oz. St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 4 fl oz. prosecco

Directions

1. 1Combine elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in a flute.
2. 2Top with cold prosecco.
3. 3Stir very gently.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
