Grasshopper
A Grasshopper is a sweet, mint-flavored, after-dinner drink made with crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and cream.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. green crème de menthe
- 1 fl oz. white crème de cacao
- 1 fl oz. heavy cream
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 3Garnish with mint leaf.
