Hibiscus Cooler

A stunning ruby-red non-alcoholic drink brewed from dried hibiscus flowers with lime and a touch of honey. Tart, floral, and utterly refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 fl oz. hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 fl oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 fl oz. sparkling water

Directions

  1. 1Steep hibiscus flowers in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and stir in honey.
  2. 2Let cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
  3. 3Serve over ice with lime juice and top with sparkling water.
  4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
