Hibiscus Cooler
A stunning ruby-red non-alcoholic drink brewed from dried hibiscus flowers with lime and a touch of honey. Tart, floral, and utterly refreshing.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 fl oz. hot water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 fl oz. sparkling water
Directions
- 1Steep hibiscus flowers in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and stir in honey.
- 2Let cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
- 3Serve over ice with lime juice and top with sparkling water.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
