Irish Coffee
Irish coffee is a cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sugar, stirred, and topped with cream.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. Irish whiskey
- 6 fl oz. hot brewed coffee
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 fl oz. heavy cream
Directions
- 1Preheat a glass mug with hot water.
- 2Add Irish whiskey, coffee, and sugar; stir to dissolve.
- 3Float lightly whipped cream on top.
- 4Do not stir; drink through the cream.
