Italian Greyhound
A bitter Campari riff on the Greyhound, combining Campari with grapefruit juice and vodka over ice.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. vodka
- 0.5 fl oz. Campari
- 3 fl oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Directions
- 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2Add vodka, Campari, and grapefruit juice.
- 3Stir well to combine.
- 4Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
