Kir Royale
Kir Royale is a French cocktail made with a measure of blackcurrant liqueur topped up with Champagne. It is a variation of Kir, which uses white wine instead of Champagne.

- 0.5 fl oz. crème de cassis
- 4 fl oz. Champagne
Directions
- 1Pour crème de cassis into a champagne flute.
- 2Top with Champagne.
- 3Garnish with a blackberry or raspberry.
