Kokum Stings

Ingredients

• 45 ml rum
• 20 ml kokum syrup
• 20 ml lime juice
• 10 ml sugar
• 4 curry leaves
• 28 gm one slice of ginger

Directions

1. 1Muddle ginger and in a shaker, add lightly torn curry leaves and muddled ginger.
2. 2Then mix kokum syrup, lime juice, sugar, rum, add ice and shake altogether.
3. 3Pour into a small rock glass and garnish with curry leaf on ice.
