Mamie Taylor
An Edwardian highball of Scotch whisky, ginger beer, and fresh lime — the original Scottish mule.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Scotch whisky
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 4 fl oz. ginger beer
Directions
- 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2Add Scotch and lime juice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
