Mezcal Mule
A smoky, spicy twist on the Moscow Mule with mezcal, fresh lime, and fiery ginger beer.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. mezcal
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 4 fl oz. ginger beer
Directions
- 1Fill a copper mug with ice.
- 2Add mezcal and lime juice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of fresh jalapeño.
