Michelada
A beloved Mexican beer cocktail mixed with lime juice, assorted sauces, and spices for a savory, spicy, and refreshing drink.
Ingredients
- 12 fl oz. Mexican lager beer
- 1 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch tajín or chili-salt
Directions
- 1Rim a beer glass with tajín or chili-salt.
- 2Add ice, lime juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- 3Pour beer slowly and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge.
