Milk Punch
A New Orleans brunch classic combining bourbon or brandy with milk, simple syrup, and vanilla for a creamy, comforting cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon or brandy
- 3 fl oz. whole milk
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
- 1Combine bourbon, milk, simple syrup, and vanilla in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until frothy and chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 4Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
