Pornstar Martini

Ingredients

• 60 ml vanilla vodka
• 30 ml Passoã (passion fruit liqueur)
• 30 ml passion fruit purée (or passion fruit juice)
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)
• ice
• 30 ml prosecco (served on the side)
• 1 passion fruit (garnish, optional)

Directions

1. 1Chill a coupe or martini glass.
2. 2Add vanilla vodka, Passoã, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard until well chilled.
4. 4Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. 5Serve with a small shot of prosecco on the side and garnish with half a passion fruit (optional).
