Port Flip
A silky, warming flip made with ruby port, whole egg, and simple syrup — rich, creamy, and comforting.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. ruby port
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Directions
- 1Combine port, simple syrup, and egg in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously without ice to emulsify.
- 3Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe glass and grate fresh nutmeg on top.
