Rum Flip
A rich, warming flip with dark rum, whole egg, and simple syrup — silky, spiced, and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. dark rum
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Directions
- 1Combine rum, simple syrup, and egg in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously without ice to emulsify.
- 3Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe and grate nutmeg on top.
