Sherry Flip

A silky, rich flip with dry oloroso sherry, whole egg, and simple syrup — nutty and warming.

Directions

  1. 1Combine sherry, simple syrup, and egg in a shaker.
  2. 2Dry shake vigorously to emulsify.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  4. 4Strain into a chilled coupe and grate nutmeg on top.
