Sherry Flip
A silky, rich flip with dry oloroso sherry, whole egg, and simple syrup — nutty and warming.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. oloroso sherry
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Directions
- 1Combine sherry, simple syrup, and egg in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously to emulsify.
- 3Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe and grate nutmeg on top.
