A delicate, floral alcohol-free drink with elderflower cordial, cucumber, and sparkling water.

Directions

  1. 1Muddle cucumber slices in a tall glass.
  2. 2Add elderflower cordial and lime juice and fill with ice.
  3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. 4Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and edible flowers.
