Sparkling Sake Cocktail
A light and elegant cocktail made with sake, yuzu juice, and sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz. sake
- 0.5 fl oz. yuzu juice
- 0.25 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. sparkling water
Directions
- 1Combine sake, yuzu juice, and simple syrup in a glass.
- 2Top with sparkling water.
- 3Garnish with a thin lemon slice.
