Spiked Hot Chocolate
A luxurious winter drink of rich dark hot chocolate spiked with bourbon and a hint of cayenne.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. bourbon
- 4 fl oz. hot dark chocolate
- 0.5 fl oz. dark crème de cacao
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1Heat dark chocolate milk in a saucepan without boiling.
- 2Add bourbon and crème de cacao and stir.
- 3Pour into a heatproof mug.
- 4Top with whipped cream and a pinch of cayenne and serve hot.
