Thyme to kill

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Saint Germain
• 0.5 oz Ouzo
• 1 oz Lime Green
• 2 teaspoon Homemade apricot jam
• 1 unite Fresh thyme

Directions

1. 1Mix with ice cubes using a shaker, strain in a small bowl, perfume with 1/2 sprays of bergamot.
2. 2Glassware: Cup.
3. 3Thyme and candied apricot filling.
